3/15/23 down: mates turned up with delight for old fashioned foreplay (4,3,6). Hints welcome please 😁

Bauble, the usual 'mates' are reversed (turned up) for the first word. The second is 'with' and the last is a synonym for 'delight'. The phrase is definitely old-fashioned, used very little nowadays.

This edition marks one of my shakier starts. I have nothing for 7a except for L starting the second word. The clue is Bear down on English far right figure ? (6,4). Also 31 across Party that's enduring disastrous rating hell. (3-7)I have ?L? N?G?T?R. Not too sure about the letters in the second word. Also is the answer to 12a Plutocrat ? The clue being Elon Musk's heavenly body? Cold Arse! (9) 4D An old president needs good wife and coach to get hard (1,1,4) strange clue.
