Head of the = T + SWEENEY + IS (anagram)

Thanks for that. It's frustrating when you can't do the final clue.

LMG a hint for 9A -
"fantastic just what the comedian needs" is the definition.
Read "without" as "with out" so the clue's a combination of two parts, one an anagram.

I have only the 5th letter which is N.
