I think I have finished this puzzle but am left with one that I can't parse and therefore may have got wrong. It is:

36 Ac - Needing rear wiped. rich pro (-L-S)

I would guess it’s PLUS(H), though pro, for, positive, is a bit of a stretch for the definition

I suppose if you think pros and cons, pluses and minuses, positives and negatives, it’s okay

I have followed this with interest and find the plus/minus connection convincing but feel that equating needing with plush is farfetched!

I think needing rear wiped refers to removing the final letter, H, from plush, rich

It means "hangover"
