Thanks amej and congrats jono (though I much preferred your other one).

Sad to be reminded of the Challenger disaster. I well remember a terminally ill Richard Feynmann at the enquiry demonstrating that the plastic joining material was brittle at the ambient temperature by putting a sample in some ice-water.
