10a. Wine finally quaffed by Pacific Northwest people - afraid of claret? We have SQUEAMISH but can’t quite pars it. Help please.

Squamish is a place, town,in the Pacific northwest, Canada. Insert, quaffed, the E from the end of wine (Wine finally )for Squeamish, afraid of claret (blood, claret being another word for that.)
