I just cannot get the bottom row!! Is it an anagram?

Coming to this late after a few days away. I have a complete grid, apart from the bottom row, and I’m pretty sure I know what is going on. The only group I can see which fits b is a bunch of number-crunchers, but I can’t get the letters to drop down. Is there another b4 of whose existence I am unaware?

Suggest looking at the wiki page for "b4" (spelled out, of course)
