Have completed grid and found one observation. Could someone give me nudge forward please?

The 3 observations very closely match, in position and shape, their places in the painting

Can’t find the 5-letter one, either in the grid (though I know roughly where it must be) or among the clues. Annoying, for I have seen the original as a teenager.

And then, as she always does, the Penny Fairy waves her wand!

Dam....it's from an Across clue.

I have a full grid and the 3 Gentle Observations but have been going round in circles (and along diagonals and across rows and down columns) since Sunday but still cannot see the 2 letters which need changing and what needs highlighting. A nudge/hefty push in the right direction would be much appreciated.

AP, Wikitold me the other name for the work was ???? ??????? and by changing a letter in 16 A. I could fit in the first word and then noticed the second word could be formed just a column or two along.

The highlighting is simply the three words that you've got from clues - if you highlight those, it should replicate what's in the 'work'.

AP, another hint. For the three words to be highlighted,the six-letter 'observation' has some useful letters in it. If you have a good stare at the grid, looking for the useful letters should really help. The four-letter word is also good, letter wise...
