Apologies, just spotted an error in #21. It should read:

Urticant order is withdrawn (8)

Plethora of excellent clues...very difficult to pick a winner, the margin was small and many others could have been chosen. Swarb and paul had more than one contender; jono@16, raffles@24, aristo@22 and buddy also deserve mention. Apologies to the worthy entries not mentioned.

After much deliberation I went for geting@29: After whip-round, I become awkwardly quiet (8) Congratulations!

Prizes are clips from films I liked. Hope the Irish-themed one isn't objectionable (I'm a John Wayne anti-fan, and the portrayal of Ireland seems fanciful, but I still loved the film).
