I am stuck with the bottom right corner of this puzzle; perhaps 22a would help me get the rest.

Definition is 'sick'. An abbreviation (2), as in a text, for 'question' + 'sexually available'

.. that should be an abbreviation for 'question', + 'you' as in a text, etc

I realise that I am rather late with this request for help but as the Royal Mail haven't got round to delivering this edition of the Eye I have resorted to a download of the crossword this morning. If someone could please supply me with 1/4/21 across Alarming Epstein files involved arrangements of adults with children (6-6,8) I can attempt to catch up. Many thanks

Quisling, I agree that is a great anagram. The clue is by Tramp (aka Neil Walker) as is the grid fill. He originally submitted the puzzle to the Guardian but they deemed the theme unsuitable. I understand other clues are by Cyclops.
