[Chris@15 - indeed the cottage is in ruins and a replica built. It a very long time since I visited, but I remember the 'pub' being a shop (despite the signage reading 'BAR'). A quick look at the Planning website reveals that change of use to a pub/restaurant (from shop/residence) was granted in 2005.

I believe the interior shots of the bar were done in a Sussex pub - windows and door don’t tally with exterior?
