BigAl, it is right. Toped is an old-fashioned word, hardly used, that means 'got drunk'. 'To back' = reverse it, so Depot, arsenal, warehouse etc.

Got drunk is TOPED, backwards. Long before Arsenal was a football club, an arsenal was a depot for arms etc.

I thought it was Judgement but I’m really can’t solve 13a now it has ???J?N so judgement must be wrong
