Need help, please.

Clue: A celestial body of hot gases that radiates energy derived from thermonuclear reaction in the interior.
4 letters. Have - - - o. That is if the the answer giving me the
"o" is correct. The clue is "Observing but not participating" which I have as LOOKING.


Clue: As follows (2,3) Have - - - - t.

Any help appreciated.

It is the second "o" in LOOKING. I though it might be HALO but obviously not.

Clue: As follows (2,3). Believe the last letter of 3 is T.

Best I can come up with as AS YET, but it would be a pretty poor clue if that was right!

No, it's actually mostly General Knowledge.
