And for 15d /27ac I have

“T-E-O-R- / D-E/ STARVING

I must have some letters wrong in the above can anyone please help 😊

11/28 - you have 'encourage', now follow the clue literally.
Def - a fart after breakfasting in a well know eatery (I almost said restaurant).

15 - I’m afraid you have all letters wrong
