More accessible than the ones from recent past.
4a - groan-worthy.
Liked 6d, 18d, 22a

I liked 7, 14a, 15a and 15d.
Seems around the same difficulty as the past several. I'm still getting used to the new site.

Also still getting used to the new format. Still cannot see the clue number in the clue. Did not get any final score, not that it bothers me.

Quite enjoyable. Rhyming pair, a primarily. No Spooner.

There are a lot of short words throughout which was unusual i think.

10d is a terrible clue. Might as well just provide the individual letters and say "here is an anagram, scramble this lot". AFL CIO means nothing to me. I am happy to be corrected of course. But really!

Hi Yevrah, AfL-CIO meant nothing to me either, but it’s actually in Chambers…

AFL-CIO

Thanks Jono. Explains it, but, still not impressed, there are thousands of such initialisations, using them is not so clever in my view.

Agree with Darla about 16a. There's misdirection and then there's completely lost!
Enjoyed the two of a kind 7d and 15d, and the PDM after belatedly parsing 12a.
Yevrah - try changing the first vowel in 21a to get a score. (That's what I needed to do!)

Well Phil10000 that worked. Of course. I had dropped the wrong vowel.

Oooh. How exciting, I got a score.

Thanks Phil.

The score is pretty meaningless unless one takes into account how many tools one does or doesn't use. And as others have said previously if one leaves (for whatever reason, breakfast, shopping, gardening) and returns the time to complete means little.

COD: 15a (and the LOI).
A swift enjoyable solve.
