Is 22a a word? I'm reminded in a roundabout way of the recent Wordle solution: "Bicep". I guess I've just internalized the finger-wagging of my old Latin teacher.

Like some others here, I got it immediately upon solving 24d.

As the night draws in I'm feeling a bit of a low energy in the forum. Is this because folk found this too easy? You can't make people like or dislike anything (at least I hope we still can't) but I'm going to add another thank you to Imogen because I found it perhaps more of a challenge than many others did.
