I have got all of the rest but these 3 have got me stumped.

14a looks like SLOT GARNISH, anagram
27/11a looks like CLAM CHOP, CH +O in CLAMP
19a looks like it should be a anagram of storm I below. Is the H definite?

Thanks quisling, I could not find it in the profanisaurus. I will have another think regarding the H.

Obviously Stromboli is an active volcano in Italy, so I imagine it begins with Strombo . . .

The H was wrong, the answer is 'Stromboweli' , anagram of storm below i, as you suggested.
