How does this clue work please?

Great number enthralled bu custom I announced TOMAN

I think it's entralled by = captivated, held....

I've been going round in circles with this since Sunday. Clues 11 and 12 give me 26 but I can't find 26 in the grid. I've been through it so many times that my brain is aching and I can't see what should be a clear mistake on my part. A push in the right direction would be much appreciated.

A stupid simple maths error on my part. All now sorted.

You're right and one of the corners adds up to 26.
