I would welcome some help with parsing 5 down - Doctor to get dairy products delivered (3,6). I have all the intersecting letters (s.a,.r.e.e) and know the answer although not why.

Many thanks

Sea, sounds like See, get and Breeze sounds like Bries, cheeses, dairy products. A doctor is a wind, a sea breeze - I can't check the exact details right now.

Grandpa...glad I could help. Chambers has 'doctor... in some countries a cool sea breeze conducive to health'.

The "Fremantle Doctor" is quite a well known wind in Australia.

Thanks for that, ChrisE , interesting.

Maybe warm sea breezes aren't common enough in the UK to merit a word of their own?!
