Clue 33d is Prosecute urgent matter with exchange at meeting being better

Sue, prosecute, Priority urgent matter. Exchange where they meet leads to Su p e riority (the E from Sue and the P friom Priorioty swap playes *where they eet, end of one, beginnining of the other)

All I can think is Quayage but apart from it being an old cost for mooring a boat I can’t parse the “As Iago” bit. Anyone?
