28a) The solution is pretty obvious: "Forgotten now".
But I can't see how to parse it from the clue. What does the pooh sticks reference mean?

Poor mikey - you've had a deprived childhood!
Pooh sticks is a game accidentally invented by Winnie-the-Pooh. The competitors drop sticks over the upstream side of a bridge and the winner is the person whose stick is carried out on the downstream side of the bridge first!

Yes. We were so poor, any sticks were used for firewood.

Found this quite easy apart from 7D (which I used a missing letters solver for as I had all the letters and it was the only one I was missing). And then it turned out to be a maths word I am very familiar with :/

Can't see where the Queen comes in in 11A?

What's with Manx (or is it just an anagrind) in 15D? If it is an anagrind what happened to the P? Oh, I guess it must mean "tailless", bit obscure that!

I wasn't familiar with that meaning, thanks.

Just read how to parse 19D as well... groan :)

That meaning of Queen is not in Chambers online :/

Google knew about it though.

24D was very similar to a clue from the Everyman a couple of months ago (which also took me way too long to parse then as well).
