Sorry, I thought that this was poor. Dodgy definitions in 12, 20, 24, 2, and 5. I can't parse 7, apart from the outlaw (?).
11 does make up for a lot, though!

Hi Chris,

7d - 3 letter "outlaw" inside 5 letter "pseudonym" minus it's last letter/abruptly.

Thanks Brendan. My outlaw was from Chicago!

I had another quiblet (tip of the cap to Jono!) about 7D -- the use of 'assuming' in the clue. If anything, I would have thought that should indicate the pseudonym was inside the outlaw, not vice versa, but either way I don't recall seeing it before. Other than that, though, lots of fun, and bizarrely swift (for me). Loved 18A -- best homophone for ages!

All bar 13a in 20 mins which must be a record for me. Have stared at 13a for 20 mins and run the alphabet but still can't get it. Please give me a hint before I use a solver.

13 definition first 2 words. Parsing 4 letter "individual", then 5 letter "macho" with the A removed.

Thanks -now got it . So very annoying when you can't just get the last one -any fule no that you don't get letters 5, 6 & 7 together in a word which is where my alphabetical search floundered.

All done :-)
Like others here 11a is a winner. It looks so obvious, but hand hovered over the paper for quite a while until the penny dropped. V. clever.
FOI 1a, LOI 22a.

I think I’ve got the right answer for 8d but I can’t parse it.
Any help please?
Thanks
