Answer to the original query is nor Windows. You need a word which will follow software (given in the question) which is often preceded by the word 'lending'.
C is one of those online car sales companies (NOT the one advertised by Ryan Clarke Neal) and the D is what you will be able to do once the car is delivered. It is more a billboard than a TV advert.

No. I've been helping a friend of mine with it and have a copy. I stumbled across the advert answer when I was watching something on TV a couple of weeks ago.
