Normal two letter word for a physician and then 'should' is the important word. When the country is short of water, it can officially be declared a .....................

Many thanks for clue. Think it means I need to go back through my answers again as am short of ones both starting and ending with a T so had hoped the solution to this one would.

35. The point is the name of the prong of a fork around a word for indignation and the whole is a 9 letter fruit.

Hi everyone. I really thought I had finished this quiz, but find that my answer to no 97 (mine beginning with E) is almost certainly wrong. I have researched 'well diggers' especially in old houses to extinction! and I am no further forward. Has anyone got further than me and could maybe give a hint please?
97 His digs may well be in old housing (12)

Winnie I believe I have the same answer as you for 97. I was quite happy with it until doubts were raised over the significance of 'well' in the clue. It would have to be a word meaning 'well' in the middle of a word for 'old housing'. Maybe Neville Mizen is even trickier than we thought - or are we over-thinking it?

Marmalade, for 91 think of change direction for the 1st word, and end for the 2nd, word. I have several queries! for 6. I have d..k.., for no. 9 the only joints with T's I can think of are tenon and wrist.... 20. Name of a sport ( with W.G.) ? 22. ....... test, stuck. 64. no idea ! Any help appreciated.
