Touch of cold? (3)

T*P I can only get to TAP as a double definition but, if so, that seems a bit weak.

Yes, a bit weak
TAP - to scrounge off someone
TAP - "faucet", one of which is cold

Chrise - I had the second definition as TAP being a synonym to touch someone on the shoulder say rather than to scrounge.

Still not great though!

I had it as "nip". As in a nip of something being a small amount, like a touch, and cold.

Hello all,
Can anyone let me know the parsing for 11A.
We have the answer, which is defined by "Theatre".
But why "Broadway"

Cheers
Nelson
