2d Network shared brief, upsetting showing of The Fall of Atlanta, 7d Feb 6 NZ celebration - postponing to Feb 7 after exchange of letters?, and 20a No longer be in black tie, having left earlier. I think the answers are autumnal, Waitangi Day and overdraw, but can't parse them fully.

2d - reverse of LAN MUTUA(L) for network and a brief shared. Means of the fall in US

7d - switch a couple of letters to get Waiting A Day

20a - left = OVER and tie = DRAW
and it means to not be in the black

There's one I couldn't see clearly, and that's 9 Across:-
"Remote location of Society --- neurologist's first in the field." (2,6)
I have all the even letters, and can only fit in ET CETERA, but cannot
parse it.
