I assume this is NOB + ALL IN + G. Not sure that all in means worn out, but Chambers has ‘exhausted’. No-ball is a ‘call’ (by the umpire) in cricket but I’ve never heard of no-balling.

NO-BALLING.... Thanks Jono. Other than cricket, never heard of 'no-balling'... It came from the same crossword as BIRDS OF A FEATHER, which I also didn't like.
