For non-British viewers Tizwas was an anarchic Saturday morning children's TV show, thought by many to be the peak of children's broadcasting. My parents made me watch Swap Shop, a more anodyne BBC show.

Tizwas is the definition, chambers has it for sweat. And yes it was I believe. We used to secretly switch over when my parents weren't around
