Wiki tells me that tarama (fish roe) is the main ingredient that taramasalata is made from.

TARAMA

Cilla Black would say TA-RA for 'I am leaving' or 'goodbye'.

TARAMA is a fish dish.

My crossword solver missing letter thingy gave only THRUMS. Perhaps tamara may be known to it only as in taramasalata.
