Well, yes but the term doesn't seem to be in common use. I found references to it in Ayurvedic medicine, an apparently disused .com site and a smattering of other references. It doesn't seem to be in common use and, as I say, I found it using the Google translation from Spanish. It also seems to be mainly throat and not ears or nose.

Ah. I found (even fewer) references to otopharyngology. Perhaps the OP might enlighten us as to the source of the puzzle.

You can find it in the Collins online dictionary, which many setters use.
