The only answer I can think of is BACARDI - but I can't work out why (apart from its being a tipple). Any help much appreciated. Thanks

I think the "lines" refer to poetry, so...

Linesman = BARD around/downs CA (about) reversed/about + I (1('0'Clock) lunchtime)
