1d Sky over wolf.
The answer is lobo - arrived at through a bit of internet cheating I'm afraid. I've discovered something through google about lobo and a wolf girl, but I'm blessed if I can attach any meaning to 'sky over'.
If one of you super brains could enlighten me that would be wonderous. Thanks, Bella

Lob to throw e.g. a ball skyward plus O for over

Oh gosh thanks Vizzle - you're a star. Somehow I'd got it into my head that 'over' meant that the word needed to be read backwards and therefore missed 'lob' altogether. Silly me. Have a good evening.

This had me completely stumped, it seems really obscure.

I agree, never heard of lobo. Several in Dean Mayers were a bit obscure this Sunday.
