Apologies for the typo Farr. I really should put my glasses on when I am looking at the clue numbers.

I’m feeling a bit thick this morning. I have finished the puzzle with the single exception of 36d. 'Place tenant could be after' (4).

I have L-E- but cannot see any reasonable candidate answer from the limited number of possibilities. I'm pretty confident about the two letters I have. Could anyone offer me a hint, please?

Piffleworthy, put what you have before the word 'tenant... for a common word.

The 'place' itself is quite common in crosswords.
