I just thought I'd parse that tough long answer for 19 Across, for which the clue is "Note father drive round isle in Lesbos to shock society".
(6,3,9) and the answer "Epater les Bourgeois".
E = note / Pater = father / Drive = urge / Round = O / Isle = I
Put urge + o + I inside of Lesbos and append this to E and pater and hey-ho! A devil of a clue, which I didn't see the answer to, even with every other letter solved in the grid. Then Malone came up with it and
saved a lot of us a headache!

Your R is wrong, should be an I

3 letter abbr. for English National Opera + 5 letter word for "by" (as in multiplication" - all reversed/over.
