Definition is "reckless behaviour" and is a 4 letter word for "wrong" inside a 3 letter word for "prohibitionist" (loose definition!)

Thanks! I was thinking SIN and prohibitionist is a bit of a stretch! Worth it when you get there, though.

24,12 definition is a rather cryptic "one on the board" and is a 4 letter word for "snake" (as a verb) + a 5 letter word for "more certain" around/bites the head of F(irm)
