Then = SO around...

R(oa)D + O (ring)

43d PINOCHLE (Game)

American dictator = PINOCHE around L(atin)

Apart from that one my area of "stuckness" is in the top right.

The "S" may be erroneous...…..

I'm afraid you're right about the 'S' being incorrect bear of lb

'Pictures' = ART
'Provided' = IF
'Here for Jean' = ICI
'And Alan' = AL

'Fake' = Artificial
