Ones I could fathom today:

12d Worn out, as are vehicles in Detroit (5). Tired?
5d. Person behind majority harms morale etc (9). So it's “latecomer”. "Person behind" is the definition, "harms" is the anagram indicator, and "morale etc" is the anagram. What's the word “majority” doing in the clue?
12d...although it's possibly unsuitable, bar top two fifths (6). No idea on this one.

12a Yes 'Tired' (worn out)

Cars in Detroit are Tired (They have Tires)
Cars in the UK have Tyres (They are Tyred)

US V's UK spelling

5d Person behind the majority is the definition.

The majority have arrived and here is the latecomer (the last person) if you see what I mean.

Thank you. Seems a bit unreasonable to have to know US spelling, or at least I think it is.
