I am having problems parsing the following three, so explanations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
A) Cutting put in tin? The opposite (6) S*C*N*. Think it's secant but confused by the word "opposite"
B) Uncooperative sloven rejected having to hurry (7) B*L*H*E. Think it's bolshie but cannot parse it.
C) Pots the lot, therefore holds it back (5) O*L*S. Think it's ollas, but yet again cannot parse it.
