I'm done now apart from one 'compatriot' - I have the 7th tourist, plus one other, beginning with T - both are easy to spot, horizontal. Can't spot either of the other famous two that I know of - beginning W and C? Am I on the wrong track!

Hi Lumen, first of all, sorry, I forgot the grid is 12 columns and 14 rows!.
Your missing compatriot is in the same relative position in the grid as your T compatriot is to your 7th tourist i.e..up and to the right. He's not W or C, he won the third grand tour of 2018.
