A bit of a swine this week -l ast Saturday's was ten times easier!
Need assistance with these two:-
15 Across - "Journey for pleasure to take years: not practical? (7)
I have -ADG---
25 Across - "Most cleaned out for this medical procedure? (4,4)
I have -E-N -E-T (A test of some kind?)

25, skintest
Skin test.

15,
Journey for pleasure is "gad"
To take is "get"
"Y" for years.
Gadgety.

Many thanks, Rusty I have the Dickens one in wrong, and that'll be OLD NICK! I did consider "gadget" but didn't think of "gadgety" - had got as far as "gadgetry" and that's all!
