Hi mattrom, I believe from online sources Australia uses the term humourously when referring to an "agitator" but it's used here and I believe in the US derogatorily referring to someone according to the colour of their skin. I'm not condoning its use, hence my use of slur, but it's out there and all we're doing is "playing around" with words:
