Dostoyevsky's prince was called Myshkin, but I don't see how that helps!

I know the Prince is in The Idiot and if you put Idiot around Le C you get "Idiolect"

I've checked on Google and The idiot is written as a 'polyphonic novel' which is something to with the way people speak, sio I wonder if iyt might be that.

A real long shot, i know.

I've checked Chambers and it has...

Idiolect:- An individuals distinctive form of speech

and found this regarding The Idiot

As a polyphonic novel each character in The Idiot has a unique voice and perspective in relation to the action and the other actors. As such every scene is a dramatic convergence of multiple independent voices and perspectives rather than simply being a monological recounting of the event by a narrator.
