26 d Reduce to the bare essentials (4,5) s?r? p?o?n (I have implant for 36 ac which might be wrong)
35 ac Give complete attention (2,3,4) I have 'be all eyes' but don't think this is right as I've never heard of eyes in place of ears (as in be all ears)
Any help that can be given would be much appreciated.

I got the no. of letters in each word wrong, so of course strip down is right (and so was implant)! I'll come back to the last one in the morning, when I'm more alert and on top of things. Time for bed! Thanks for your input.

"be all ears" seems o.k. Doesn't it fit?

Another thread suggests "be all eyes" is correct but, like you, I've never heard of that. (An eye-opener?).
