Excellent job, kt/Matthew. The Mattie in my username is a 10yr. old bearded collie X, Rom is her sidekick. I often wish I'd chosen another name, but when I registered I never dreamed I'd still be here so many years later.

Any thoughts on the voting system? We have Optional Preferential Voting in some states in Au. We could try that next week and see what the take-up is.

OPV sounds rather complicated and time consuming.

Hi Rossim, I mean that there would be an option to indicate a second choice, or not, as preferred. Otherwise it could end up like our Senate voting which takes weeks to count.

That's what I thought!

I was quite happy with the way it was, with just the one vote. If the majority would like to change it, then so be it.
