Hi Crossway, this has me puzzled too. The beat I could come up with was....

I(s) R(ecoreded) + IT IS as in It Is Correct.

I don't know if it's correct (geddit!?) though :-)

Hi, this bugged me too. The way I saw it was Correct "recorded", sounds like Right, and viewer I sounds like "eye", and then Is at the end.

Sorry, so definition is 'complaint'.

{I (eye) RIT (right)} 'recorded' first off, then IS

It's a messy explanation but I think I'm on to something

I’d go with Brendan. The definition is “complaint viewer has”, implying an eye problem. Then you have first letters of “Is” and “Recorded”, with IT IS to mean “correct”, the exclamation mark warning that this isn’t necessarily a dictionary definition of that word.
