[Nothing to do with the competition - sorry for the digression - but I heard a great Churchill-related story on an old QI repeat this week. Clement Freud, when an MP, was on a "fact-finding" mission to China. Also in the party was Winston Churchill MP, grandson of the great man. One evening Churchill invited Freud to his room for a nightcap; Freud noticed that the room was far larger and more opulent than his. The next morning he said at reception
"I'm not complaining, but why has Mr. Churchill got a much better room than I have?"
"He has famous grandfather".

As Freud said later "that's the first time I've ever been out-grandfathered!"]
