Glamorous would be glitzy- take off the 'gl', the middle (essentially) of 'ugly' and you have Amorous.

ASTARTE is a goddess associated with fertility. It's "start" inside A&E, but I don't see why "start" is "problems"

A synonym for 'Start' in Dictionary.com is:

(informal) a surprising incident.

I guess that the Apostrophe has been deliberately omitted.

Giving: Problem's (Problem is).

I thought the Found gave us Start, with Astarte helping with fertility problems?
