It is confusing that you have sometimes indicated missing letters by a question mark,..and sometimes by a dash

Maybe 109a could be "knocking"; 95 d could be "stake"; and 113a paused" ?

I am having serious problems with my sight and the small letters are a bit of a jumble

Would it help if you posted the letters in capitals?
And if you use question marks for the missing letters, it is easier for both you and us to see where they lie.
