I can't get any further than Michelle.

and "barney " is both a "row" and "Mr Rubble" ?

but I don't see how that helps?

Well, we already have "Michelle" from the Beatles "ma belle"......and "Barney" from "row" and "Mr Rubble" ……
So how about "Michel Barnier" for the answer?
He is a French politician
