Just a few left over. Some hints please.

57A They're spread in coats on plaster for frescoes (9) I?T?N?C?S - This has to be an anagram of INCOATSON but I can't find an answer anywhere.

61A Puts in type determined to drink (4,2) S??? U? - Could this be SUPS UP and if so why?

38D Who should not be in house erected of glass (6) ?T?N?R - I think this might be STONER but don't like it much.

62D Does transport penalty make body efficient? (5,4) ??A?N ?I?E - I think the second word is probably FINE. TRAIN FINE has been suggested earlier but I don't see the parsing The first letter of the first word is also the third letter of the first word in 62A above.

Seamus, your letters for 57a are correct, and it is an anagram of the letters you indicated.
It means a final coat of plaster.
