Stuck, annoyingly, on two :

13A - Net profit finally extracted to void margins (5)
T?L??

3D - Quite attentive to personal hygiene (5)
C???N

Brain now cudgelled into numbness so would welcome answers.

13 Tulle, net. I think it's T from the end of Profit and Hulled, extracted, with the ends removed. T + ulle.

In which case 3D must be CLEAN, although it strikes me as an unimaginative clue for a feeble answer - unless there's some subtlety I've overlooked.

3 d must be "CLEAN" All I can think of is it is a double meaning.
I quite forgot. I clean forgot.

Unfortunately, by the time this comment appeared - only two minutes after my earlier reply - I had abandoned the study for the bedroom where I don't have access to this machine.

I still think, though, that 3D was pretty feeble...…..
